We offer a very flexible approach to after school care for all our pupils.

For the youngest children this could be staying until 5.30pm to coincide with collection of older pupils; for the Prep School children this may mean staying later. As we have boarders during the week, we are able to take care of any child who needs to stay later than anticipated.

Pre-Prep Late Stay

Between 3:30pm and 5:30pm, our Pre-Prep runs a Late Stay service to accommodate families who have older siblings in our Prep School, and those families who have other commitments that necessitate a later pick up.

The first part of Late Stay is informal playtime in the Pre-Prep hall or classrooms and from 4:45pm, those still with us are given a snack such as fruit and sandwiches.

If Nursery children intend to stay later than 3:30pm, there is an additional charge.

Prep School Additional Care

Prep School children finish at different times, but there are always options for children to stay later, through activities, late stay supervision, and prep time. Children can also stay for supper or join our boarders later in the evening if necessary, although there may be additional charges for this.

Private Bus Service

Children use our bus service from Reception upwards. Our minibus drivers usually drive the same routes each day so they get to know the families on their route well. Our 'Bus Buddy' system means older children on each route look out for our younger passengers.

As a school we offer bus transportation from North Cerney, South Cerney, Ampney Crucis, Kemble, Painswick, Cirencester, Tetbury, Malmesbury, Grittleton, Sherston, Shipton Moyne, Great Somerford and villages in between. These routes change according to demand.
