Domestic Manager

To commence late April 2026

Beaudesert Park School, set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire, is one of the county’s leading independent co-educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Manager to lead our Housekeeping, Matron and School Nurse teams, in addition to managing the interface with our school catering provider, to ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient services. The postholder will also contribute to the organisation and smooth delivery of school events.

We are seeking a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.  You must be highly organised, IT literate and have a keen eye for detail. Experience of managing a budget and the procurement of supplies and services is essential. Previous independent school experience and experience of managing events would be preferred.

The position is full-time 40 hours per week, term-time only (plus 2 – 3 additional days at the start of each term). Some flexibility will be required for school events which may take place on evenings or weekends.

MIS Manager

Are you a highly organised, tech-savvy professional, with experience of supporting education through data and systems management? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you.

Beaudesert Park School, set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire, is one of the county’s leading independent co-educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13. We are now seeking an MIS Manager to join us from April 2026.

The role involves:

  • Managing, maintaining and developing the School’s MIS systems and other key administration software.
  • Reporting and analysing academic results and progress of pupils
  • Managing timetabling systems for individual lessons – Learning Support, Music, LAMDA

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong IT and data management skills, with experience of school MIS systems (iSAMS preferred).
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, term-time only plus 3 additional weeks during the school summer holiday and attendance at all School INSET days. This equates to a total of 37.2 working weeks per annum.

Salary for the role is £31,500 inclusive of holiday pay (full-time equivalent £39,000).
