We currently run seven different school bus routes at the start and end of the school day to North Cerney, South Cerney, Ampney Crucis, Kemble, Painswick, Cirencester, Tetbury, Malmesbury, Grittleton, Sherston, Shipton Moyne, Great Somerford and villages in between. These routes change according to demand. There is a 40% discount for the second and subsequent sibling applied to the lowest charge.
In keeping with the charitable aims of the School, Beaudesert Park offers a number of means-tested Bursaries each academic year for children from Year 4 and above, whose parents would not otherwise be able to afford a Beaudesert education. In addition we can help secure funding beyond Year 8 with an appropriate senior school.
Bursaries worth from 80% to 100% of fees take into account a family’s financial circumstances. Application forms can be obtained from the school office and should be submitted by the end of November each year for admission the following September. Academic assessment is via Beaudesert teachers and a report from the child’s current school. Decisions regarding awards are made by the end of the Spring term.
This covers membership for children to join our Old Beaudesertians’ network. The fee contributes towards maintaining the Old Beaudesertians’ database, and allows us to host events for our alumni community in the years to come. The membership fee is only charged on the leavers’ bill, in Year 6 and above.
There is a voluntary insurance scheme to enable parents to recover the cost of school fees whilst pupils are absent through illness or accident. For details of the scheme please contact the Bursary. The School includes all pupils in a personal accident insurance scheme at no additional cost as the basic premium has been incorporated within the current fee structure.

Fees are payable by or on the first day of term in accordance with the Governors’ rules. Unless a full term’s notice of withdrawal is given, payment for a term shall be due from, and be made by, the parent or guardian omitting to give such notice.
The application for admission form must be completed and the registration fee paid before a pupil’s name can be added to the list of entry. A £1,000 deposit is payable in the year before entry and confirms your child’s place. The deposit is refunded against the last school account or if the entrant fails to reach the required academic standard. It will not be refunded if, for any reason, the place is not taken up.
"It’s a wonderful school with an exceptional vibe and one children and parents miss when they have to move on to their next school."
